Coming from Lebanon driving west towards Nashville on I-40

Take the Old Hickory Boulevard exit 221. Take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Old Hickory Boulevard. Take a left at the first light onto Central Pike. Take the first right into Summit Medical Park. Our main location is in the first building on the right, #3939 Central Pike. Dr. Hamby and Dr. King are in the building on the left, 3901 Central Pike in Suite 352.

Coming from Nashville driving east on I-40

Take Exit 221-A, the Hermitage exit. Stay in the right hand lane. Immediately after the exit crosses back over the highway take the Central Pike off-ramp. At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Central Pike. Get in the left lane, go about 50 yards and take the first left into Summit Medical Park. Our main location is in the first building on the right, #3939 Central Pike. Dr. Hamby and Dr. King are in the building on the left, 3901 Central Pike in Suite 352.

Coming from Lebanon Road

Go to Old Hickory Boulevard and turn south to go towards I-40. Continue about 1.5 miles and take a right into the entrance to Summit Medical Park.

Coming from Andrew Jackson Boulevard

Go to Old Hickory Boulevard and turn left (South). About a hundred yards before you get to Central Pike, take the entrance on your right into Summit Medical Park.
