Amanda Fallos, PA-C
Amanda Fallos is a board certified Physician Assistant who joined Summit Primary Care in January of 2012.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She completed her Master of Science degree as a Physician Assistant from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee. Amanda is also a member of both the Tennessee and American Academies of Physician Assistants.
Amanda's experience as a provider includes working at an Internal Medicine practice specializing in Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Nashville, Tennessee.
Amanda speaks Spanish and is able to serve the non-English speaking Hispanic community as needed.
Her supervising physician is Mindi Hamby, MD, and she is trained for routine Family Medicine care and approved to see patients of all ages. We recommend that you change your PCP to Dr. Hamby if you plan to usually see Amanda or Dr. Hamby for your family medical care.
