Lori Gravens, FNP

Lori Gravens, FNPLori is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a TN licensed, Board Certified, Advanced Practice Nurse, trained and authorized to see all age patients.

Prior to joining SPC in July 2011, Lori had 4 years experience as a registered nurse (RN) in Family Medicine, Emergency Room, Urgent Care, Pain Management and Dermatology practice settings.

Lori earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN.

She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing degree at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN.

She is a member of AANP and MTAPN.

She currently resides in Lebanon, TN with her family.
