Kari Hammer, PA-C

Kari Hammer, PA-CKari is a TN licensed, Board Certified, Physician Assistant.

She joined our Provider team in Dec. 2007 and currently sees patients in our walk-in clinic. Kari gained substantial Primary Care experience before joining our staff due to her work experience in providing hospital emergency room care in the Nashville area as well as having worked in an Endocrinology practice.

Kari received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Seattle Pacific University. She earned her Physician Assistant-Masters of Science in Medicine degree locally in Nashville at Trevecca Nazarene University.

Kari is under the on-site Physician direction of Richard Pak, MD.
