Insurance Plans

Summit Primary Care is "in-Network" with essentially all commercial insurance plans (HMO and PPO) in this area. We are in network with the two main TennCare programs in this area- Amerigroup and Americhoice (UnitedHealthcare). To support our Military, our physicians are in the TriCare network as participating providers. They are also participating providers in the regular fee-for-service Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Please note: We are no longer participating in any HealthSpring network, including their Medicare plans, and at this time do not anticipate doing so again.

Please be advised that with all government and military health plans, there may be limitations on selecting a provider here as your PCP due to panel size restrictions. This includes TennCare and TriCare. If you are covered by one of these plans, our Operators can advise you of your preferred provider's availability to be your PCP.
