Insurance Plans

Summit Primary Care physicians participate with essentially all commercial insurance plans, TNCare, TriCare, Medicare, Medicaid, and we are “in-network” with most of the PPO's and HMO’s in the area.

Please be advised that with government and military health plans, there may be limitations on who you may select as your preferred provider if you are new to our Practice. These include Medicare, TNCare, and TriCare.

If you are covered by one of these plans, our Triage department will advise you of your preferred provider’s availability to be your PCP. Triage can be reached at (615) 883-2331.
