Infants to Seniors Richard Pak, M.D.
Dr. Pak began his Practice at Summit Primary Care in August 2005. His Practice covers the full spectrum of family medicine issues including pediatric and preventive medicine. He is currently accepting new patients of all ages on a walk-in basis as well as through scheduled appointments. Dr. Pak currently resides in the Hermitage area. Dr. Pak was born and raised in Huntsville, AL. He earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University in
Atlanta, GA. He completed his medical degree from the U. of South Alabama in Mobile. He then returned home
for his residency in family medicine through the U. of Alabama in Birmingham – Huntsville campus, a very well
respected program around the country. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
